Winterhalder is investing in the future with the construction of an entirely new administration and production building in Heitersheim. The new facility at Tiergartenstr. 9 will feature 5,000 square meters of production and office space.

Focus on Industry+Converting
Winterhalder Self-Adhesive Technology GmbH becomes a leading partner in the new sales system "tesa® Industry+Converting." At the same time, Winterhalder is expanding its product range to include products such as sealing systems for the construction industry. As the focus shifts from trading to custom manufacturing, the production and storage space at Tiergartenstraße will be expanded by 3,000 square meters.

Sustainable Production Expansion
The new production hall is already being expanded, and all roof surfaces will be equipped with PV modules for electricity generation, making sustainable action visibly part of the company's philosophy. In Bulgaria, more space is also needed - moving to the current headquarters in Radinovo with 2,000m².

Next Construction Application
New projects demand more space for production, storage, and administration. The building application for another development at Tiergartenstr. 10, with 5,000 square meters, has been submitted, and completion is expected in 2015.
