  • Processing of shipping orders in compliance with all internal and external regulations

  • Creating EDI delivery notes, VDA labels, and notifying customers of shipments via data transmission

  • Handling export processes and preparing customs documents in adherence to all customs regulations

  • Organizing transportation, including special and direct trips, along with verifying transport invoices

  • Handling disruptions in the shipment process

  • Registering on customer and freight portals

  • Coordinating our pallet accounts with transport companies

Your Profile

  • Commercial training with relevant professional experience in the field of logistics/export

  • Extensive expertise and several years of professional experience in customs/foreign trade

  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken

  • You are capable of working effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals
