Your Responsibilities

  • Leading the Purchasing Team

  • Operational, technical, strategic, and disciplinary management of the purchasing department

  • Analysis and optimization of processes, further development of purchase controlling

  • Price negotiations with suppliers

  • Annual talks with suppliers

  • Selection and assessment of suppliers

  • Building and maintaining strategic partnerships with suppliers

  • Maintenance of supplier and article master data

  • Identification and implementation of cost-saving potentials

Your Profile

  • Commercial training or business studies

  • Experience in strategic and operational procurement

  • Experience in budget responsibility within the procurement sector

  • Knowledge in the field of foams, nonwovens, and similar materials is desirable

  • Decision-making ability and leadership experience

  • Teamwork and communication skills
